1. Shipping Coverage
ModishFlow currently ships orders across Pakistan. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Delivery Timeframe
Orders are typically delivered within 7-10 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as weather conditions or courier delays.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery on our courier partner’s website.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times. If the delivery is unsuccessful, the order may be returned to us, and you may need to place a new order.
7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders, please ensure that the correct amount is available at the time of delivery. If a COD order is refused upon delivery, future orders may require prepayment.
8. Undelivered or Lost Packages
If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at support@modishflow.com. We will coordinate with our courier partners to resolve the issue.
9. Changes to Shipping Address
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order is shipped, the address cannot be changed.
